COLLECTION LETTER OPTIONS

Trash. To give you the ultimate in flexibility, we offer more than 110 different messaging options combined with 59 different sending envelopes and four return envelopes. If these don’t hit the mark, we also provide customized letter and envelope solutions plus fast-turnaround printing. The following describes the various options available to you:

  • Standard Forms: a wide variety of standard and custom forms and envelopes to improve open rates to get you paid.
  • Statement Forms: this smaller form (7.5 x 11) provides an effective change of pace to a traditional letter size that gets the debtors attention.
  • Postcards: this new bi-fold, sealed form will save you money and get super results.
  • Coupon Letters: for accounts in payment arrangements, these letters combine three remittances in one effective form, and three reply envelopes can be included to make it easier on the debtor pay you.
  • Bill Copy: in the event that you receive historical invoices in an electronic format from the creditor, you can send a letter with a printed image of the invoices. Up to four additional pages can be included without increasing the postal rate.
  • Email: Using email is similar to sending a letter but with the letter images attached in a password-protected PDF file. (Opt-out and Adobe download directions are included.) This is another effective method that will save postal costs and increase your revenues.
