Stephanie serves as CompuMail’s Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. She manages strategic partnerships and the Sales and Marketing teams, while further expanding CompuMail’s footprint in delivering the most innovative communication products to our family of current and future clients.
Stephanie brings over 25 years of experience in document management, technology services, networking and communication. Stephanie is a Senior Sales executive, with a proven success record of establishing and developing programs and relationships that result in company growth and superior client satisfaction. As an innovative and team-oriented professional, she is tenacious in building new business, and forging strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Compliance OfficerAlissa Banks joined the CompuMail family in January 2017, bringing 7 years of client services and sales support experience in document and communications management. She offers expertise in maximizing organizational integrity, quality of service, performance efficiency and promoting strong client and regulatory entity relations.
As Compliance Officer, Ms. Banks is responsible for managing all components within the compliance/regulatory/and quality assurance initiatives of CompuMail, ensuring compliance with both external regulations and internal systems of control. Ms. Banks is a highly motivated leader, that serves as an advisor to the Executive Board, keeping CompuMail’s initiatives ahead of the industry. She also supports the Executive Vice President with client service’s needs.
Information Security OfficerChristine joined CompuMail in 1998 after a career in retail management. She began at CompuMail working as Processing Supervisor, and eventually was promoted to Chief Security Officer. Christine is responsible for overseeing all aspects of creating print files from clients data.
In 2010, CompuMail became the first company in our industry to become certified as a secure source vendor and Christine has been instrumental the certification process. Currently she works with clients and third party vendors on security audits, leads and trains our staff on security compliance, works with auditors for annual certification and oversees and coordinates all security efforts across the company.
Senior Sales & Business Development Manager
Mary started her career at CompuMail in 2001 and has been in the ARM industry for over 30 years.
With her social presence she has helped manage relationships with industry partners and key clients. She has helped CompuMail evolve into the multi-channel message delivery machine that it is today.
Previously Mary worked at another print vendor and at Ontario Systems Corporation.
Customer Service Manager
Scott Zimmerman joined the CompuMail team as our Customer Service Manager in 2017. Scott brings over 25 years of management expertise from the Test & Measurement, Remote Access and Collections Industries. With his outstanding communication, team leadership skills and commitment to providing excellent customer service, his responsibility is to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic team of Customer Service Representatives. Scott will serve as our Customer Service Guru to consistently ensure that we are providing exceptional customer service to all clients and exceeding their expectations.
